The kingdom of heaven
we are told is within
your love was so great
for your friends and your kin.
A head full of pain
a heart full of joy
a lifetime of torment
too much for one boy.
No-one can help
a mind to set free
the pain and despair
only goodness we see.
But you gave out much love
you got lots in return
a place of joy you now dwell
the hearts left behind yearn.
One day you’ll re-unite
with family and friends
no suffering or pain
just joy without end.
The time is not yet
the world must turn more
but when the day comes
